Through Canada Post, our reliable shipping partner, Silly Goosy products can be shipped for next-day, 2-day, or 4-7 day delivery, for shipping within Canada. Please note that orders must be received before noon PST in order to be processed that day. Most orders will ship on the same day the order is received. Please note that shipping charges may occasionally be higher than indicated. Silly Goosy will contact the customer before any unexpected charges are made.

At Silly Goosy Designs, we have high standards of quality control, and we stand behind our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quick resolution to your problem. If the item is defective in any way, Silly Goosy will replace it at no charge, and any shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed by Silly Goosy. All returned items must be in original unworn, unwashed condition.

If you should require a refund, please contact Silly Goosy Designs. We reserve the right to offer refunds for up to 2 weeks after product arrival. Any interval exceeding 2 weeks will warrant a Silly Goosy Designs credit in lieu of a refund. Please note that customers returning items not deemed defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and will be responsible for any shipping costs.
